RETURNS

• Full store credit will be given if product is returned in same condition within 14 days of date of invoice.  Any returns after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Products excluded from returns:  special orders and seasonal
• Customer is responsible for shipping on returns
• No returns after 30 days from date of invoice.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Merchandise must be reported within three business days.

ABS will replace products and ship free of charge.

LATE FEES

18% APR will apply to overdue invoices

Minimum finance charge:  $5.00

Grace period:  15 days

Returned check charge:  $20.00
